School of Earth and Sustainability Senior Celebration

A lunchtime event will be held in the Atrium of Olver Design Building to celebrate graduates of majors within the School of Earth and Sustainability (SES).

The Stockbridge School of Earth and Sustinability includes all majors of the Stockbridge School of Agriculture, as well as the Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Department of Earth, Geographic, and Climate Sciences.

It's an opportunity for graduates and their families to meet and thank faculty, and to celebrate with others.

2024 Stockbridge School of Agriculture Commencement – Associate of Science (AS) Degree Students

The University of Massachusetts Amherst Stockbridge AS Degree Commencement Ceremony will take place Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in Bowker Auditorium, Stockbridge Hall.

Schedule of Events

1:00 p.m.    Candidates arrive with robes for mandatory rehearsal in Bowker Auditorium

1:45 p.m.    Candidates gather on front steps of Stockbridge Hall for class photo

2:30 p.m.    Candidates assemble in the basement of Stockbridge Hall

UMass Campus Farmers Market

The UMass Campus Farmers Market runs weekly on Fridays, from Noon to 4pm, on the lawn in front of Goodell Hall, near the Old Chapel.  The last Farmers Market of the Fall 2023 season will be on Friday Oct 27.

Drop in and meet our UMass student farmers, coming mostly from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture Sustainable Food and Farming major, and buy their super fresh produce.  Sometimes you'll flnd plants and flowers for sale too.

There are also opportunities to sell your own handmade crafts, artwork, used clothing, etc.
