Turf - Technician
Turf Specialist/Technician – As a member of the team an import job task includes growing existing client base and creating new client contacts for residential, commercial and municipal properties for all products offered by Natural Tree and Lawn Care. As a technician, you will apply products and treatments to lawns and estates in an effort to maintain and improve the health of our clients’ plants, lawns and trees. While on a customer’s property, technicians are to look out for possible diseases and infestations and report anything to the sales team member for that customer. Members of the team will also communicate with customers about scheduled services and expected treatment dates. Team members are to be clean, clean shaven, wearing a clean company uniform of a NTLC shirt with khaki pants and appropriate boots.

WAGE $20.00-$25.00/Hr. depending on experience BENEFITS HOLIDAYS We offer a minimum of 10 paid holidays after 6 months of employment: New Year’s Day Labor Day Presidents Day Columbus Day MLK Jr. Day Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Friday following Thanksgiving (observe Veteran’s Day) Independence Day Christmas Day In order to receive holiday pay, you must work the day before and the day after that holiday unless previously scheduled. SICK DAYS After 1 full year of employment - 4 Days or 34 hours earned VACATION ELIGIBILITY After 1 full year of employment - 5 Days or 42.5 hours vacation earned After 3 full years of employment - 10 Days or 85 hours vacation earned After 10 full years of employment - 15 Days 127.5 hours vacation earned Vacation time must be approved in advance to minimize schedule disruptions. Vacation request forms can be obtained in the crew room or the office. Vacation time is accrued and pro-rated throughout the calendar year (~3.5 hours per month) regardless of start date. A limit of 8.5 hours of unused vacation time can be carried over to the next year. We do not pay for time not taken.
