Crew members at Red Fire can expect to work on many different types of projects, including harvesting, weeding, and planting a wide variety of vegetables, caring for greenhouse crops, and helping out during our well-known Tomato Festival! This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7am to 5:30pm daily, from June until October (with possible winter work based on performance/interest). Minimum Qualifications: 
-Crew members must be punctual and reliable. -All crew members must be able to lift up to 50LBS without injury. -Crew members must be physically able to bend at the waist/crouch for extended periods of time. -Crew members should have a willingness to listen, learn, and ask questions. -Ability to drive a manual transmission(stick shift) vehicle is a plus! -Previous farming experience is also a plus!
Wage, Salary & Benefits Description: 
Compensation: Crew members start at $7.75, with a potential raise to $8.00/hour after a performance review at 6 weeks. Crew members also get to take home lots and lots of our farm's produce for free every day! We have an abundant supply of wonderful veggies, and we encourage our staff to take home the harvest!
