Minimum Qualifications: 
Requirements: 1. Applicants must already have a Ph.D. degree with publications or technology transfer demonstrating capabilities in research and teaching in relevant fields. 2. Applicants can teach in English, help international exchange events, and give an interview presentation in English. 3. The Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign country has to be certified by an embassy of Taiwan or Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.
