Far from where you started, while on your way to something greater, this is the position of the assistant Project Manager. In this position you will be gaining knowledge regarding project management. You will assist the Project Manager in overseeing an entire project at various locations. Your staff will include masons, laborers and planting crew members. You can grow your leadership skills, teach what you know and learn from some of the brightest in the business of beautiful landscapes. You can enhance you leadership skills and gain comprehensive masonry understanding, plant knowledge and proper plant installation expertise. Skid steer and mini excavator experience is useful in this position. Hardscape installations include such elements as walkways, patios, outdoor fireplaces, fieldstone walls, cobblestones and pool decking. Materials we often work with include fieldstone, bluestone, brick, and veneers. One of the greatest skills gained is the relevance of working within a collaborative of experts that includes construction operations, designers, and sub contractors while understanding the Blade standard of landscape construction.
